Wycombe v York preview
Ryan Sellers will hope to overcome a dead leg when Wycombe begin their Sky Bet League Two campaign at home to York.
The midfielder was an absentee for the friendly against Aldershot last Saturday, with manager Gareth Ainsworth banking on him being back in the fold at the weekend.
Striker Paul Hayes, 31, was also kept out but Ainsworth insisted there was no problem there and that he was keen to keep his veteran forward fresh for the new campaign.
The Chairboys were beaten on penalties in the League Two play-off final at Wembley last May but are operating with one of the smallest squads in the division again.
York boss Russ Wilcox is hoping striker Jake Hyde will pass a late fitness test for the trip to Adams Park.
Hyde played in half of a warm-up game against Doncaster on Tuesday but is rated doubtful for the Minstermen’s season opener.
Fellow striker Emile SInclair (thigh) and midfielder Michael Coulson (heel) have not recovered in time to be named in the travelling party.
Wilcox will hope to include a number of his summer signings including goalkeeper Scott Flinders and strikers Vadaine Oliver and Reece Thompson.
