A brand that announces itself LOUDLY as the “#1 social casino in America” needs to live up to that hype. It also means that some CrownCoins Casino reviews may seek weakness, rather than focusing on the largely positive vibe here.
That said, facts are facts. For starters, it has a welcome offer with 100,000 CC and 2 SC without CrownCoins Casino promo code needed. There are 500+ top-quality games here, plenty of ongoing promos, tight security, and excellent customer support. Despite one or two minor downsides, the brand overwhelmingly brings plenty of buzz to the sweepstakes casino sector.
For sure it is! As welcome offers at sweepstakes casino platforms go, CrownCoins Casino has clearly gone for the middle ground with 100,000 Crown Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins welcome bonus. Although there are a few bigger bonuses out there, the sign up bonus can actually take you far.
Just in case you were wondering, this sweepstakes casino has decided that rebranding the classic ‘Gold Coins’ used at most sites is cool. No real problem with that by the way, they work in exactly the same way.
It must be said that signing up at CrownCoins Casino is super easy, barely an inconvenience in fact, and there’s no CrownCoins Casino promo code needed which certainly takes the heat off a bit.

Confusion abounds. Are there apps or not? Is there an Android app or an APK? And that’s the precise reason you shouldn’t ask Google questions.
There is only one CrownCoins Casino app and it’s for Android devices. Easily found in Google Play and suitable for Android 6.0 and newer softwares. Is anyone still using a phone with Marshmallow even? It dates back to the dark ages after all.
Incredulity aside, there is NO iOS app, despite 50% of the internet stating otherwise. Doesn’t matter what search term is used. There is nothing to see on the App Store. Period.
It cannot be denied that CrownCoins Casino starts off right and continues that way. Google Trust Services takes care of encrypting the standard connection between CrownCoins Casino and its players.
Anytime anything involving sensitive stuff like entering personal details, or financial transactions, comes into the mix, the big guns come into play too, providing the latest and greatest military level encryption out there.
CrownCoins Casino is VERY hot when it comes to checking out its potential players. The brand can sniff out even the best VPNs like a bloodhound, and nobody gets to play there unless they can prove they are real by providing official photographic evidence.
Speaking of the geolocation/anti-VPN tactics applied by CrownCoins Casino, it seems the software the brand uses occasionally takes an active dislike to some players. When this happens, the offending account is automatically blocked from access, even though everything is spot on location-wise. A perfect example of “computer says NO” right there, but something the CrownCoins Casino support team will happily sort out quickly.
Genuine peeps who are 18+ and otherwise fit the geolocation requirements (as in permitting the software to do its job) can sign up in 41 US states. To be fair, that’s far more than most other sweepstakes casino platforms, so CrownCoins Casino really must be toeing the line.
Nonetheless, those who are in California, Connecticut, Indiana, Maine, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, or Tennessee are out of luck, for now at least.
At some stage, CrownCoins Casino insists on KYC verification. As for when it will happen, this appears to vary between different states and/or players, but suffice to say that Sweeps Coin redemption requests aren’t accepted from non-verified accounts.
Sweepstakes casino equals no purchase necessary to play, right? But necessary and want to buy Crown Coins are two different things. Crown Coins come in various optional packages, at various prices. Once selected, the bill can be settled with any type of card, including Amex, which ain’t the norm. Beyond that, Skrill and Apple Pay also make the grade. A real plus point for players.
Next up, Sweeps Coin redemptions. With a stash of Sweeps Coins lurking, it makes sense to trade them in for a cash prize. But not so fast. Unless those SC are there as a result of winning games they don’t count. A total of 50 eligible SC is the golden rule at CrownCoins Casino and a verified account.
Got a burning question? Encountered an unexpected issue? As calling Ghostbusters isn’t an option, it’s probably best to start with the Help Center. It’s a pretty red hot one too. Five sections and the best part of 100 detailed guides has pretty much every base covered.
Still feeling lost? Live chat is available 24/7 at CrownCoins Casino just be ready for a 2-minute plus bot battle before a real person takes control. Got screenshots to send? There’s a dedicated CrownCoins Casino email address for that kind of thing. But don’t expect an instant reply, 48 hours is the average response time.
It has gotta be said that not every user review reports a great experience with support. Slow reply times, and issues relating to the live chat feature being the main two grievances.
It would appear that once in a while the bot assumes the guise of a doctor’s receptionist, and simply refuses to hand users over to get help. But let’s face it, user reviews often reflect the facts behind an individual case, rather than the bigger picture.
With around 500 casino-style games available, there’s bound to be something to suit even the most picky players. It’s not the biggest library out there, but quality clearly trumps quantity at CrownCoins Casino.
An abundance of slots is an inevitable part of any sweepstakes casino, but that’s not an excuse for a ton of low quality titles. In fairness, CrownCoins Casino has got it absolutely nailed considering the providers it works with. Think Habanero, Booming Games, Betsoft, Hacksaw, Spinomenal, and around 10 other big names.
Plenty of info on show, like the all-important RTP percentage, and volatility rating, for most slots, and a clear “how-to” covering features, bonus rounds, paytables and so on. Plenty of titles like Flamin’ Chillies and Chaos Crew 2 exceed the magic 96% RTP, and there’s no shortage of themes and mechanics.
The “Trending” list at CrownCoins Casino is always worthy of a once over, as players are drawn to high RTP games like bees to a Lilac bush. As more players join in the list updates in real time. Drum roll needed ahead of the Top 3:
The fact that CrownCoins Casino chooses to highlight jackpot slots (and lists it as a separate menu item) must say something surely? Well, the truth of the matter is that the 100 or so slot titles listed in this section are NOT all jackpot slots.
Whether by design or convenience, what could be described as “classic” jackpot games, like Mega Moolah for instance, are actually quite limited at CrownCoins Casino. The majority of the brand’s offering here is made up of games with either unique mechanics (Megaways, Hold & Wins) or features like mini games, bonus buy-ins, or titles with big multipliers.
Not a complete downer by any means, the quality of the games themselves stands out, just a little disappointing that CrownCoins Casino has chosen to dump a ton of singularly great casino-style games into a mixed pot!
This category grabs attention by virtue of the fact that there are no live dealer tables, just the likes of Evolution’s Dream Catcher and its spin offs. Possible reasons? Some other sweepstakes casinos lose out on state accessibility by virtue of offering a so-called “social live casino”.
Maybe CrownCoins Casino has opted to dodge that particular bullet by only presenting about 10 live-hosted game shows and no other options. Let’s face it, the site has a pretty huge coverage for a sweepstakes casino brand, maybe the answer to how CrownCoins Casino achieves that level of availability lies right here!
Nope, there is no menu option that even hints these games exist. Bit of an oddity, and initially suggests CrownCoins Casino players are missing out. Looking deeper, these quirky little games have to be unlocked. How? One option is completing enough daily missions. More on that topic later…
CrownCoins Casino doesn’t just provide promos where players can collect free Sweeps Coins, in fact, quite the opposite, most ongoing promos have a Crown Coins element too.
Purchasing Crown Coins is always an option, never a must, but this offer for new CrownCoins Casino members is a pretty hot deal. Any CC package is eligible and will contain 200% extra Crown Coins. Plus the brand throws in some Sweeps Coins as a free bonus too.
This is not just any old daily login bonus, the CrownCoins Casino version has a 7-day streak factor built in, and various milestones, extending it to 30 days. Bonuses vary from Crown Coins only, to Crown Coins, Sweeps Coins, and Prize Wheel spins. These increasing rewards make checking in daily something to look forward to rather than a chore.
Completing daily missions is a lifestyle choice, not something essential. But every day CrownCoins Casino puts up a fresh list of missions, which can involve playing a specified game, or spinning a slot a certain number of times. Rewards typically involve CC and SC, and vary according to each task, with a special bonus for players who get through the full list, and some exciting mini games to unlock.
With a potential bonus of 400,000 Crown Coins and 20 Sweeps Coins on the line for every player referred, anyone in their right mind would be sending out invites every day. Considering the reward is applied as soon as the referred player buys Crown Coins totalling $14.90, it’s achievable too.
The CrownCoins Casino mail-in request bonus almost seems to be in place because it’s something that sweepstakes casinos have to include. Claiming it means observing details and a ton of handwriting, but that’s not the real issue. All that effort for 1 Sweeps Coin is pretty poor. Considering how generous most promos are, surely CrownCoins Casino could do better than this?
It’s somehow a little odd that CrownCoins Casino hides its light under a bushel when it comes to this seemingly important part of its rewards system. That said, the brand is super-secretive from the get-go.
In the usual fashion of these things points mean prizes. Expecting a fancy name for them? Well, disappointly CrownCoins Casino just describes them as plain old “points”. Same principle as most tiered rewards programs, play games to collect points.
CrownCoins Casino is incredibly stingy in this respect though, players are awarded just 1 point for every 100,000 Crown Coins played, which is harsh. Considering the ratio is 1:1 for Sweeps Coins, as in 1 point per 1 Sweeps Coin played.
Players are automatically added to the CrownCoins Casino program, but at Entry level where there are zero perks. Above Entry there are five levels. Moving up to the first of those, which is Bronze, requires 500 points, and when it comes to the points needed to level up beyond there, it all goes a little nuts. Here are the other levels:
It’s abundantly clear that it takes a LOT of playing to get anywhere, and those who have a preference for playing with Crown Coins may just as well forget this exists. But the worst thing of all, is that CrownCoins Casino isn’t exactly inspirational and only provides vague descriptions of the potential rewards like “Upgraded Daily Bonus”. Disappointing.
Not entirely. But looking beyond the lack of info on the homepage, the rest of the site balances things out pretty well. Although the much-vaunted Crown VIP Club is a bit of a washout, the 100,000 Crown Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins welcome bonus gives plenty of scope to check out the excellent 500-strong game library.
In addition, CrownCoins Casino has on-point customer support, and a downloadable app for Android users, with an excellent mobile site in place for everyone else. There are also some tasty promos, so CrownCoins Casino pretty much fits the bill when those are taken into account. Champing at the bit? Then gallop off to the banners around this page, and hit the link to get the party started.
Nope. Not needed. Just hit the big green “Sign Up” button right above the avatar’s head and fill out the form. A veritable chunk of virtual currency will land soon after hitting the link sent by email.
How does 100,000 Crown Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins sound? Easy to claim, no CrownCoins Casino bonus code in sight, and 500+ casino-style games to use it on.
Android device owners can head to Google Play to download the CrownCoins Casino app. Got an iPhone, or some other random OS? No problem, the miracle of a mobile-optimized CrownCoins Casino site awaits you.
It’s 50 Sweeps Coins, but hold your horses, there are rules to follow, the CrownCoins Casino Sweeps Rules to be precise. Bonus SC don’t cut it, they have to be played first. There’s also the KYC hoop-jumping process to get through. Ready to take a selfie that matches up?
Yep, but it’s not the greatest. Five tiers are there to be enjoyed by active CrownCoins Casino members, but it takes an awful lot of activity to get anywhere. The rewards at each level are not the best either, but perhaps there’s a few pleasant surprises along the way.
